Sour Cream Potatoes

  • 2 pounds shredded hash browns
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and butter. Pour into 9″ x 13″ greased pan. Mix together corn flakes and butter, and spread mixture over top of potatoes. Bake for 45 minutes.
