Tara’s Crock Pot Chili

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 75 ounces chili beans, undrained
  • 3-4 cups diced tomatoes from Grandpa’s garden
  • 36 ounces tomato soup
  • Assorted toppings: corn chips, sour cream, cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef. Drain. Add diced onions. Cook until tender. Add garlic salt and onion powder. Mix well. Coat large crock pot with cooking spray. Mix meat mixture, beans, tomatoes, and soup in crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours (or longer). Serve with assorted toppings.
