- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 vidalia onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 quart of garden tomatoes, blended
- 2 small cans of green chiles
- 75 ounces chili beans, undrained
- Chili powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Garlic salt
- Onion powder
- Butter (to saute onion)
Brown ground beef. Drain, and set aside. Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
Add all ingredients to a crock pot or Dutch oven. Add seasonings to taste. Cook on low for several hours.
