Grandma Bonita’s Freezer Corn

  • 36 ears of corn (16-18 cups)
  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Cut corn from cob into roaster. Add butter and half and half. Put into oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 10 to 15 minutes. Cool quickly. Package. Freeze. When ready to use, put over low heat to thaw.
