Peanut Buster Pie

Crust

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Spread oats on cookie sheet, and toast for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Add almonds, and toast again for 5 minutes. Add brown sugar and butter. Press into pie pan.

Filling / Topping

  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter

Spread ice cream in pie crust. Melt corn syrup and peanut butter. Spread over ice cream. Top with chocolate sauce.
