Aunt Letha’s Butterscotch Bars

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup nut meats
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips

Cook sugar, eggs, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes. Cool, and then add marshmallows, nuts, crumbs, and coconut. Pat mixture into 9×13 pan. Melt peanut butter and chips. Spread over top for frosting.
