Crock Pot Carrots

  • 2 pounds carrots, peeled and chopped into 1-2″ pieces
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped

Place carrots in crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients except parsley in bowl. Pour over carrots and stir to coat. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Add parsley as garnish when ready to serve.
