Cherry Jello

  • 1 6-ounce box black cherry jello
  • 1 15-ounce can pitted bing cherries
  • 1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup Pepsi

Drain the juice from the cherries and pineapple into a saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat until it reaches a boil. Remove from heat. Add jello, and stir until dissolved completely. Add Pepsi. Stir in cherries and pineapple. Pour into 9×13 pan, and chill 4-6 hours until fully set. Serve chilled.
