Tania’s Spicy Chili

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 vidalia onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 quart of garden tomatoes, blended
  • 2 small cans of green chiles
  • 75 ounces chili beans, undrained
  • Chili powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Garlic salt
  • Onion powder
  • Butter (to saute onion)

Brown ground beef. Drain, and set aside. Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.

Add all ingredients to a crock pot or Dutch oven. Add seasonings to taste. Cook on low for several hours.
